What an Audiologist can do ?

  1. Diagnostic Hearing Tests: Conducting evaluations to determine the extent and nature of hearing loss using tools like pure-tone audiometry, speech audiometry, and tympanometry.
  2. Balance Assessment: Evaluating the vestibular system to diagnose balance disorders through tests like videonystagmography (VNG) or electronystagmography (ENG).

Lakshmi, An experienced Audiologist with Masters in Clinical Audiology from Melbourne university, worked in various private firms such as Bloom hearing, At tune hearing prior commencing private practice.

As a Private audiology practitioner Lakshmi works a solo practitioner, which means lower over heads, at the end it will be passed on to the patients to save the over all cost. Her practice typically involves patient-centered, offering personalized care and attention. She also collaborate with otolaryngologists (ENT doctors), speech-language pathologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for their patients.
